5 WAYS TO BECOMING THE LEADER THAT EVERYONE DESIRES TO BE.”
I’ve had the luxury at being able to excel at leadership at every point in my life. It wasn’t necessarily the case of being born with great leadership skills, but it was more about witnessing bad leadership transpiring right in front of my eyes.
So what I decided to do was take a mental inventory of what not to do. Consult my inner guidance on what could really work. And then from there, I came up with five magnificent attributes of a universally desirable leader that I implemented every chance I got.
From the time I was eight years old, I have been thrusted into a leadership position. I used to think that maybe it was because I was bigger than the other kids.
