A HEALTHY SCHEDULE EQUALS A HEALTHY LIFE/ (THE NUMBER ONE THING NEEDED FOR A HEALTHY LIFE)
I’m drawn to the famous quote, “Without your health, nothing else truly matters.” If that doesn’t ring loudly in our ears as to how important it is to take great care of ourselves, I’m not sure what actually does. One of the most important things to remember when it comes to our health is that we have to set ourselves up to succeed. Enter a healthy schedule. A healthy schedule is an organized plan of your day that can potentially set you up for perfect health. The reason we would want to put this plan in place is because it’s easier to thrive when our intentions are set at the right target.
To give you example, imagine you worked at a firm who put sales as the most important objective within their company. But then, there were no daily, weekly, monthly or yearly sales goals. What would happen? Everyone would be stagnant, no one would be pushed to grow and nothing would change. When we think about our health as it relates to our body, mind and spirit, we want a schedule in place that challenges us and keeps us functioning at an extremely high level. If your body is operating at an optimal capacity, it’s a great chance you’re going to live the life that you want. And this is important for all of us to experience, or at least strive to experience daily.
I’ve compiled a number of components that you should implement into your day that’s not only going to create a healthier life, but it’s going to create a happier one also. Just to give you an idea of how well these ideas work, my daily routine consists of waking up at 4:10 A.M. and sometimes not getting to bed until 8:30 P.M. I’m just as wide awake and active at 8:30 P.M. as I am when it’s 5 A.M. In order to do this I’m going to detail for you what works as far as keeping you elevated, energized and alert!
- SLEEP MATTERS. If you’re going to be as healthy as can be, you’re going to have to sleep at least 7 hours. Now, before your mind wants to create an excuse as to why you can’t do it, I want you to realize this. Sleep is like a charger to your cellphone. If you’ve got no juice, you’ve got no chance. Even if you find that you need to take naps during the day, get your sleep in. Your body craves it so intensely that when you reward it sleep, it will support every action you…
