I once heard the quote, “Vibration is everything. If you can control your vibration you can transform your life.” It was one of those things that, although I tried to understand intellectually, it wasn’t until I experienced it for myself that I was able to truly realize that

Vibration, truly is everything.

Growing up I battled against, at times, which seemed like insurmountable odds. I used to wonder to myself, what in the world did I ever do to deserve this much struggle and hardship in my life?

It wasn’t until I awakened that I came to the understanding that:

It was my frequency and my choices in that frequency that brought about the turmoil my life was giving me.

It’s an amazing thing, sometimes even scary, when you know that you are truly responsible for everything, and I mean everything in your life. For me, there was a relief and then an excitement. Excitement because then I truly understood the aforementioned quote. I was in the driver’s seat of my life.

I made it a point to discover anything I possibly could on raising my vibration. After hundreds of articles, hundreds of YouTube videos and Facebook groups, I decided to meditate on the topic.
