Transforming Your Body Before You Lift One Muscle…Here’s How!

About six years ago, I noticed that the body I had built to be an absolute masterpiece was beginning to change, but not in a good way. I couldn't figure out what was happening, but what it did feel like is nothing that I did work. Almost a year later, I was 230 pounds. The biggest I had ever been in my life. Wondering how this happened? Hold that thought!

A friend of mine, named Harry, was a thin 170 pounds his entire life. Harry ate everything in sight and never managed to ever gain any weight in his life. This was baffling to all of us who knew Harry.

His diet consisted of Monday- burgers, Tuesday- Lasagna, Wednesday- pizza, Thursday- spaghetti, Friday- Steak, Saturday- Fried Chicken, and Sunday- Po-Boy Sandwiches!

I think I just gained 50 pounds writing that, lol! But that was his routine and he never gained any weight whatsoever. And then it happened! Harry was home visiting his mother one day, when she noticed something different about him. From the clothes that he was wearing, it looked like Harry had gained weight. His mom proceeded to say, “Wow buddy, it looks like you’ve gained a few pounds…”

Flashback to my experience. I had to ask myself, Why did I gain so much weight? What was the cause? Well, just like in Harry’s case, someone close to me mentioned…
